Work Progresses
The front iron work 
and trailer gate are installed. 
The trailer gate swings open from the center where the garage gate is a single piece that will slide to one side to open (and weighs a ton).
The garage ceiling is finished.
Painting has begun. The exterior of the casita is a slate blue color.
The interior of the casita is a cafe color.
We are one week behind schedule in regard to construction completion. Our builder says he will be finished in one week (8/22) but we are not holding our breath. We feel very fortunate as most Mexican construction estimates are 1/3rd of what they really turn out to be. If we move in by the end of August we will only have added 3 weeks to our original time estimate.
