A Boat Trip

We headed North up the coast about 24 miles in our boat to check out coves, swim, snorkel, fish, spend two nights, etc. On the way we saw several villages located along the shore yet as far as we know there are no known marked roads from the main road to get to these remote locations (we are going to have to check this out further in the Jeep).
We also passed several shrimp trawlers.
Hunter made himself comfortable while we were under way by laying down on the cabin bed (our bed).

Our first night's cove that we shared with a couple of kayakers;
Hunter had a bit of a problem jumping out of the boat (after much coaxing he finally landed a poorly executed bellyflop) and then more of a problem getting back on the boat (one person had to be in the water trying to hoist him up while the other was on the boat trying to lift him on), the quarters were cramped but we managed, Shelly walked the shoreline and saw this dead sea turtle, and PJ relaxed at the boat. After dark there was incredible bio-luminous in the water and the stars above were amazing.

Our second night's cove was about 10 miles closer to San Carlos and two sailboats joined us;
PJ catches a Sierra fish (good for ceviche), more bio-luminous in the water after dark with the creatures appearing to be excreting the light and then the light would go out and you would see a whiteness in the water. Life on the boat is early to bed and early to rise. We made our way home on the third day stopping at more coves along the way and just simply enjoying ourselves.
