Mexico Time

It is so hot that we HAVE to get beer (especially since we have brought 4 cases of empty Mexican beer bottles with us all the way from So. Cal.) and we find that our affiliated bank has an ATM right inside the Modelo Distributor. Shelly is chomped by bugs on her lower legs.

We attempt another morning walk today and start out at 6:00 am. We are approached by a pack of dogs and when we raise our walking sticks at them they stay back. We are walking the hills as at least here we can remain in some shade.
Upon returning home a police truck herds 5 wild horses down our street and into the hills.

There are no RV/Trailer parts available here and we need some. We've started a list for the next time we are Stateside when a new friend tells us he is going to Tucson today. We give him our list. This is the way it works in Mexico. You let others know what you need and when they head North they pick up items for you and then you reciprocate when you go. Looking today for Mexican cell service and covered boat storage.

Fine Mexican living includes; getting all outdoor work completed by 9:00 am as it is too hot out, accessing internet pages and having them all be in Spanish, drinking the first ice cold beer of the day at 10:30 am, pumping drinkable water from a 5 gallon jug, and placing used toilet paper in the trash can.
