It's another year to tackle hillsides that I haven't before and revisit those I love. The first hike of the season was to a granite cliff in Rancho Nacapule. We can't quite make it to the highest point of the cliff so we continue to an arch behind this cliff that we have hiked to before. This time we approached it from a different direction. We then veer off and get a little further away from the vehicle than we intended. PJ was on alert that he may have to come get us. In the end we make it all the way back to our vehicle and boy are we tired. There are bike trails across from the Estuary that we have been wanting to see if they are also good hiking trails. And they are, plus look at these views. There is an entire point area in Guaymas that we haven't checked out. We head out searching for El Carricito.
