Planter Boxes
We had planter boxes built on the southwest corner of the patio. We plan to plant herbs (can't barely get these down here and we need basil for PJs famous pesto) and lettuces (can't get anything but iceberg most of the times) in these. Also we will construct some sort of shade for this corner to provide shade for the dining area and while working in the kitchen (the afternoon sun blinds you if you are out here preparing a meal) and as a wind break.
