Nature at its Finest?

Image
With the recent rains, or it just being this time of year, we've have some incredible insect/creature hatchings. Last week hundreds of caterpillars were crossing one section of the road, you couldn't avoid them. There are also geckos that are the brightest green we've ever seen. There are thousands of crickets and they hang out under anything and everything and jump at you when you disturb them. Maybe they'll make good bait? We went out fishing this week and did catch a few black skipjacks (not on crickets). The latest is a tarantula that was hanging out on our porch tonight. Of course PJ is seeking all these guys out while Shelly is hiding out in the trailer.
